Sales Assistant Luxury Fashion Brand – Puerto Banús

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking for a professional and dynamic Sales Assistant for a Luxury Fashion Brand for their store in Puerto Banús.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job description:   

• Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling
• Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM
• Promote customer relationships
• Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard.
• Working within established guidelines
• Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices.

Requirements: 

The successful candidate must be fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
He/She must have at least a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales for Premium/Luxury Brands. We are looking for a passionate professional who can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. The Sales advisor must have a goal oriented profile, be able to work in a team and a problem-solving mind.
