Marketing Manager France (Luxury-Premium)

From Luxe Talent, an International Personnel Selection and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a French Speaker and French Market Expert to join one of our clients as a Marketing Manager (Luxury Premium), based in Madrid.

In our selection and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Braga, Amsterdam and Munich.

Job Description:

• Execute and develop along Senior Management the creation of brand strategy focusing on France, and overseeing South of Europe.
• Execute and develop the brand plans based on consumer, customer and shopper insights
• Manage all the commercial relationships and elevate all the commercial aspects of the brand.
• To make your brand the most talked about across the market
• Collaborating with global brand teams, multiple agencies, cross-functional teams,
• and partners to deliver the objectives.
• Translate strategies into brilliantly executed plans that consistently beat the competition and gain share.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Previously worked or working in France in relevant positions
• Experience in portfolio management across multiple markets
• Fluent in English, another language will be a plus (Spanish, French, etc)
