HRBP Southern Europe (Fashion Company)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join a well-known lifestyle apparel company in Madrid. 

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a Business Partner for the Sales functions in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France (covering both Wholesale and Retail Channels)
• Translate business strategy into people strategy by partnering with senior Sales teams to develop progressive people strategies and establish HR goals and policies that respond to changing business needs.
• Support organizational design and effectiveness by assisting the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA, with long-term planning, executing reactive organizational changes, and meeting growth objectives.
• Guide workforce planning and recruitment by advising on long-term headcount planning in multiple regions and managing key recruitment processes, including interviews for managerial roles.
• Foster people development and training by partnering with HRBP Sales EMEA and Talent Development to identify future leaders, support performance management, and communicate learning needs.
• Enhance organization effectiveness by providing guidance on employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, supporting employee engagement, and identifying areas for improvement based on employee satisfaction

Requirements 

• • Higher Education, with a preference for degrees in Business Administration or Psychology.
  • At least 8 years experience in similar role.
  • Previous experience in Retail HR
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. French is a plus
  • Leadership skills
