Customer Service – Native Flemish/French

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a talented Customer Service Benelux & UK to join a luxury cosmetic brand in Barcelona.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job description:

-Process clients' orders
-Invoicing
-Credit Controller
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and
executive sponsors
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
-Track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Prepare reports on account status
-Assist and solve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Key Requirements:

-Experience as B2B Customer Service Benelux or similar CS role
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Multi-tasking abilities
-Patience when handling tough cases
-Proeficiency with Excel
-Native Flemish - French, and C1 English
