Sales Assistant Luxury Brand (Sevilla)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Sales Assistant for one of our clients, a Luxury company.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Tus principales funciones como Sales Assistant serán:

• Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards;
• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling;
• Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM;
• Promote customer relationships;
• Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard;
• Working within established guidelines;
• Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices.

Requisitos para el puesto:

• The successful candidate must be fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
  He/She must have at least a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales for Premium/Luxury Brands. We are looking for a passionate professional who can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. The Sales advisor must have a goal oriented profile, be able to work in a team and a problem-solving mind
